Epoxy Glue. Sig Micro-Balloons are expanded glass beads, microscopic in size. They are so small, they have the appearance of powdered sugar and are extremely light. They make a strong lightweight putty when mixed with Sig-Ment, Sig Polyester Glass Resin, or Sig Epoxy Glue. Instructions for mixing are on the container.
